A man owns a property in Harvey and discovered that a family of squatters was living there. He tried to remove them, but the police told him there was nothing he could do and essentially advised him to leave them alone or he could get into trouble himself.He waited until the family left the house and then boarded up the entire property so they would not be able to get back inside.
